OFFENSE:
1) RG - Need to acquire a solid blocker (86+ or young) who does well in the passing and running game.

3) FB - Will be crucial to find a player who can pave the way for my run game first and foremost and also gain the tough yards in between the tackles. Speed and recieving skills are secondary traits.

4) LT - Youth and talent would be welcome attributes at these positions due to the age of both Lepsis and Nalen.

5) WR - Walker is great sure, but he is selfish and injury-prone. Vital to replace him with a young, talented reciever to pair up with Marshall.

DEFENSE:
1) DT - Require a talented player who can get penetration against the pass and run as well as take up space to block running lanes.

2) DE - Dumervil is excellent (although the rating doesn't show it yet) I just need an above average end to start opposite him to produce a good pass rushing duo.

3) FS - Need an upgrade over Ferguson. A player who can team up with Lynch to form a great run stopping duo while also being able to do well in coverage (86+ speed).

4) OLB - Gold is good, but starting to get old. Holdman is past his prime and has only an average rating. Both could suffice for this year, but two young, promising replacements need to be acquired ASAP.
Perfect Matches: A.J. Hawk (Packers) OR Dan Morgan (Panthers); Brandon Chillar (Rams) OR Ben Leber/Chad Greenway (Vikings)
5) CB - Bly is good yes, but like Gold is starting to get old. Can stay this year if need be, but should work hard and fast to locate a nice replacement.
