Traded Draft Picks

Are we using draft picks that were traded away, like for example, I would have the Dolphin's 5th round pick, from the Trent Green trade, the Falcons would have the Texans' 2nd round pick, are we taking those picks into consideration; if so, how would you give that certain team that draft pick?

In all likelihood we'll use the picks in Madden, and correct me if I'm wrong but all trades and such are accounted for.
